Storms strike Sheboygan’s Midsummer Festival of Arts

The skies cleared just in time for visitors to arrive at the Midsummer Festival of Arts in Sheboygan Saturday, but some vendors who set up their booths early suffered big losses.

Mary Merrill, a potter from New Berlin, lost her newest collection of glazed ceramics when strong gusts of wind sent the tent next to hers flying into her shelves. The ceramics were knocked onto the concrete and shattered. | Read more ...
